On the Road to Recovery

Everyone,

Great news! We met with TJ’s surgeon minutes ago to hear that TJ had the best of possible outcomes. Dr. Tanabe successfully removed 9 lesions/tumors from his liver leaving enough healthy liver so that he can continue to “Beat The Challenge”. We learned that we should expect some bumps along the road to recovery but again, the surgery, 6 1/2 hours long, was a success.

Once again, we cannot thank everyone enough for the positive thoughts and prayers. At this moment we could not be any happier.

Love,

Tony, Jackie, Amanda and Families

We have had you all on our mind all day and we are so glad to read that TJ’s surgery went so well. Each time we drove in and out of the neighborhood past Angela’s house we said another prayer that today would go as well as you have reported. A big hug to all of you. The Laurendeaus

Great News! Praying that you have a swift recovery. Tell Amanda to take it easy on you, might be hard since abdominal scars are VERY sexy.
Love,
Liz
